Community Languages Victoria has been contracted by the Department of Education & Training Victoria to provide professional learning activities for Victorian Community Language
Schools Teachers to strengthen the delivery of quality language programs to school-aged children.
Each semester Community Languages Victoria conducts a series of professional learning activities including:

The Victorian Community Language Schools Conference came together on Saturday, September 28th to celebrate the 2024 Community Language Schools State Conference.
It was a resounding success celebrating legacy and growth.
This year’s conference was a remarkable gathering, drawing in a diverse audience committed to the advancement of community language education. This year's theme, Mapping Success: Empowering Growth in Community Language Schools, resonated deeply with attendees, highlighting the importance of collaboration and innovation in language education.
Participants celebrated the legacy of Stefan Romaniw, whose contributions have significantly shaped the landscape of community language schools. His dedication to promoting language education and fostering multilingualism in Australia continues to inspire educators and learners alike.
